I have noticed that the summary stats, for example the number of days I have exercised and the sleep summary are not transferring to the Ionic watch. The watch is syncing with the app as other stats such as steps are updating and it is recording that I have done the exercise.
The following things happen:
- Record exercise on Ionic
- Sync with app, the app says you've done 3 days of exercise this week
- The watch, in the summary info, says 0 days this week.
- Similarly, it is not transferring any info on the sleep, it's showing info from two weeks ago.
I've tried re-syncing and restarting but to no avail.
Anyone else have this issue?

Hi @RunnerAHD, welcome to the Forums!
Thanks for reporting this and for the research and troubleshooting that you've already done. You're the second person that mention this, so I'd like to have more information about it. When did it start happening? Is this happening every day? Please attach some screenshots or pictures about the information that you're comparing in your Today and exercise and sleep tile.
In the meantime, please follow these steps:
- Go to Fitbit Dashboard > Account > Ionic > Remove device
- Remove it from your phone's Bluetooth
- Restart it
- Make sure your phone and Fitbit app are up to date
- Set it your Ionic once again

The issue started a few weeks ago. Attached are pictures taken at the same
time which show the app and the summaries on the watch. As you can see, it
shows a difference between the sleep summary and weekly exercise with that
shown on the watch.
I haven't disconnected/reconnected but the issue seems to have been
resolved. Last week it just reverted to working. I'm not sure what caused
this but it happened right after returning from overseas when I synced and
the timezone updated. I'm not sure if this is connected to the issue going
away, but it was a difference so I mentioned it.
