My husband I both upgraded to the latest software today and neither of us have the swipe right feature to change the screen wake and notifications - just a guess that this is the root cause... anyone having the same issue?

Best AnswerMake a long press of the left button and the Screen Wake and Notifications settings are there. If those settings aren't viewable at first, then swipe left or right as necessary.
I'm also having this problem since taking the update. I've tried the recommended solution several times. I get the vibration response to input my pin. But the touch and swipe features remain unresponsive. Anything else I can try. Please help. Thank you!

If you are being asked for a PIN, you are on the Fitbit Wallet screen which means you have to swipe either left or right to get the Screen Wake screen. If you still can't do that, try a
Restart and do it several times if necessary.

After trying the restart and factory reset several times, I finally reached out to Fitbit Support. They have been very helpful and I'm very pleased.
