Ionic sync after battery died

On January 19, 2019 my Ionic battery completely died before I had a chance to charge it and it has not sync'd since the battery was charged.  I have shut down and restarted the watch, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have disconnected and reconnected the bluetooth.  Any suggestions?

You could try a factory reset as a last resort as it is not syncing anyways.  Failing that would contact Tech Support.  If they cannot get it working properly they should replace it for you.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
