Ionic sync issue

My ionic and phone not connecting well as of 5 days ago.  Ionic seems to be working fine (counting steps, sleep and bpm) but data does not appear to transfer onto phone anymore even though it says connnected. And ionic time no longer updating automatically when I travel. Please help.

Turns out I solved it by doing a hard reset of the Ionic device. Seems to
have solved the issue. Thank you.

How have you found it since the reset? I only set up my Ionic a few days ago and it won't sync fully unless I reset.

The steps keep up but sleep and exercise will not update!

Seems to be working just fine now. Watch monitoring everything well and
iPhone app syncing correctly.
