Hello @DannyBarrs on the phone app, let's tap the photo of the ionic. On the next page you should see the last time the ionic synced. If this looks correct, is recently, let's go to Fitbit.com and see if the data really synced.
Apps it would be helpful to know what type of phone you have?

I've actually restarted all 3 devices and it has worked. Must have been a
software update?
