My Ionic is having issues synching my latest workout. I ran a 10K, but it isn't synching to Strava. I wore two fitness watches, but my Ionic is my primary. For some reason it picked up when my other watch died and synced thst workout. It has been trying to sync my actual Fitbit workout for a few hours now. What do I have to do to push it to sync to Strava?

I have the same issue. Don’t realise Ionic has disconnected til weekly stats show no activity. I try to sync but app can’t find tracker when it’s right next to it and charged. Follow all the suggested steps to sync /connect. Doesn’t work but may find later it has, although rarely. Has a mind of its own.
