Still have notification issues after the app updated. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and the ionic. This is getting to be bullsit. We paid a lot of money for something that doesn’t work. I’m about ready to give up and get an Apple Watch. If I can’t get notifications on this thing it’s pointless to have a smart watch.

Problem Solved!!
I went and got an Apple Watch series 3 yesterday and haven’t missed a notification since. It sucks that waisted $300 on the Ionic. I really wanted to love it after being a faithful customer for so long. Good luck to everyone here, hopefully Fitbit will get around to fixing this horrible firmware for you all.
