Ionic syncing issues

My Fitbit ionic has just stopped syncing. I have had it as a replacement for 6 months as my original ionic developed the same issue. Fitbit say that it is now out of warranty. Very poor customer service from Fitbit. I will not be buying another of their products after 6 years of being a loyal customer and not being satisfied with their response. I urge caution to other potential purchasers of their products as although they know that they have faults they do not help you. I don't know if this has anything to do with Google taking them over.

@Flammo97 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issue that your Fitbit Ionic experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup of the original unit.

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.

It would have been nice to know that the warranty would run out soon after replacement then I would have bought a different model with 50% off instead of being left with a brick
