Best AnswerThank you for your quick response. I tried almost all of the recommended steps minus factory reseting my ionic tracker. It will still not sync with my phone. My phone has the latest os version (9) and my ionic has the latest firmware (27.33.1.30). It will sync and work just fine to my ipad 4 or my hubbys Galaxy Note 9 with os version 8.1.0. Could the verison on my phone just not be compatible with the ionic just yet?
