Ionic temperamental

I have had my ionic since June 2019, worked fine, up until now.

As of last Saturday I have had the following issues happen  9 or more times a day:

- screen unresponsive to touch

- screen lagging in response  when using touch screen or buttons 

- buttons sometimes un responsive

- randomly will vibrate and restart, even when not in use

- wrist turn to show clock will sometimes not work, followed by a click of the power button still yields no response and a black screen

 

I attempted the following in order:

- Removing apps recently installed

- changing clock face to default

- resetting holding down all three buttons, tried more than 9 times but same problems persisted after each time

- tried disconnecting and reconnecting the device with bluetooth, then removing from app then reconnecting to app, then removing device and app, reinstalling app, adding device again, no improvements

- factory reset via device, once it comes back on the problems persist again after reconnecting the device and any updates installed. 

 

I have tried resetting several times over the days with no improvement, I have also tried to factory reset it and it still has the same issues before I can even add any apps or change clock faces.

Most recent update installed but still no change in the above.

Most recent Fitbit app installed.

 

I really don't want to send this device back, worst time of year, it sounds stupid but this watch really helped with my job and also with my personal life, being without it for weeks is going to take its toll. I have had a fitbit HR in the past, and a Blaze, they were fine. 

 

Is there anything else I could try?
