Ionic time changed overnight and won't sync to correct time

Not sure if this is related to the latest OS update.  My OS was updated sometime in the last week, I don't recall the actual date. 

 

This morning the time is 3 hours early and I cannot change it.  My cell has the correct time and time zone.  I've hard restarted the ionic (left and bottom buttons) and resynced with no change.

 

Ideas?

Figured it out finally.  Somehow my Dashboard settings were changed to Pacific Time Zone vice Eastern.  Selected the correct one and submitted, then sync'd.
