Hello,

Traveling abroad.

My Pixel 3 time changed but my Ionic is on my home time.  I've paired and unpaired, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned both devices on and off... Manually changed the time in my phone.... What's left???

 

Hell???

Hope you are doing great and enjoying some healthy activities while traveling @Veepo.

 

Thanks for posting your inquiry about the incorrect time on your Ionic. Thanks a million for trying those steps, you did a great job there; but since this didn't work, you can check this master post with some instructions on how to get the correct time on your Fitbit.

Advanced settings

Switch Automatic Location to ON
