My ionic touch screen stop to work, then i update it and still doesn't work, i already restart it like 4 times.

Get in touch with fitbit support, sounds like you have a defective device.

Strangely, this has just happened to me too. Had the watch for 3 months and suddenly the touch screen has stopped working. I will contact fitbit support as suggested but am curious if this is a common issue? I have tried restarting the device etc but this has not fixed the issue. I will let you know what fitbit support say.
