Hi,
I Just finished the last update and my ionic touch screen is not responding properly.
Depending on the clock face I use It starts opening tabs as if I am touching It.
I tried reseting but It stays the same way.

If by "resetting", you mean you tried a Restart, try it several times and if it still doesn't work, do a Factory Reset by swiping left, then Settings. then About. and then Factory Reset.

I tried both restarting and factory reset.
The screen keeps working as if someone is touching ALL over it.

My touch screen starting acting funny two days ago. Now it does not function at all. No tap or swipe. Just tried a factory reset, and that did nothing. Extremely frustrated with Fitbit again. A few weeks ago it was the sync issue and now this... At least there could be more alternatives using the buttons. Plus, it is impossible to find a customer service phone number. It's like they don't want to be contacted. Too much time wasted on this. Shouldn't be so hard
