Ionic touch screen issues

My Ionic keeps restarting itself at random intervals and then the screen stops responding to touch. I have tried deleting all the apps on my watch and then doing a couple of restarts and it starts working again. But then give it 30 mins and it restarts itself and the touch screen stops working again. This is highly frustrating and annoying. Anyone know what I can do?

When you do have a working screen, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

Thanks for the suggestion! 

 

I have done a factory reset with the buttons (all three, wait for fitbit sign, then wait for it to disappear, then release the bottom right button, then after vibrate let go of the other two). Waited through the setup again and it still has not worked. Think I'll return it to where I got it from and try my luck with something else, more than likely a Garmin.
