Hi,

My Ionic will not work using the touch screen. i have done factory reset 3 times and i had it working for 10 sec then it stopped again. reinstalled firmware with updates and nothing. Still detects heart rate etc and the 3 buttons work but that is it.

Purchased 6/2018

I got in touch with our support team and they informed me that they are already assisting you. Please follow their instructions and let me know how it goes.
