My Fitbit touchscreen has all of a sudden stopped working. The left and 2 right buttons work. I have read the forums and tried a reset and a hard reset (which took ages) and i still have the same issue. The time, steps, cals and heart rate are still working. Has anybody else had the same issue or have any solutions?

Best AnswerI bought a replacement Fitbit ionic pebble last week. It worked for a couple of days then the screen became unresponsive so cant scroll or select, the side buttons work but the touch screen doesn’t. I have tried a full boot by holding the buttons .., but it doesn’t vibrate and do a fuil reset. It just goes in a loop of showing the logo and then disappearing. Also, sometimes the home screen/clock appears, only for it to randomly do a reset again of its own accord. My Fitbit is currently useless. I also rely on it for a for a morning alarm as I am profoundly deaf. Would appreciate your advice on how to fix my ionic. Many thanks.
Best AnswerI have the same proble only mine would vibrate all night from the main side buttone getting stuck after I have swam the day before. Now the touch screen does not work. Really annoying.
