My Fitbit touchscreen has all of a sudden stopped working. The left and 2 right buttons work. I have read the forums and tried a reset and a hard reset (which took ages) and i still have the same issue. The time, steps, cals and heart rate are still working. Has anybody else had the same issue or have any solutions?

I bought a replacement Fitbit ionic pebble last week. It worked for a couple of days then the screen became unresponsive so cant scroll or select, the side buttons work but the touch screen doesn’t. I have tried a full boot by holding the buttons .., but it doesn’t vibrate and do a fuil reset. It just goes in a loop of showing the logo and then disappearing. Also, sometimes the home screen/clock appears, only for it to randomly do a reset again of its own accord. My Fitbit is currently useless. I also rely on it for a for a morning alarm as I am profoundly deaf. Would appreciate your advice on how to fix my ionic. Many thanks.
