Hi all
I just have a question.
I recently used my ionic to record my swimming .
But I found a problem . It show extra length to the data when I using free style but such problem doesn't exist when I use other stroke (for example breaststroke).
Like my pool length was 25 m.
I counted I have swim 10 length . So should be 250 m in total . But the device show extra length . It Varys from 6 plus to 10 plus . When I finish 10vlength sometimes it shows 20 instead .
Any idea how to recalibrate it ?

Hi @ryanleung Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. I'd like to confirm if this is happening while tracking swim lengths automatically or if you are using the Exercise App on your Fitbit Ionic? In the meantime, I recommend performing a restart on your device and please keep an eye on the behavior. For the restart, please check: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
I also recommend visiting the following link for more information: How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?. Please make sure that you set the the correct pool lengths for your Fitbit device before you start a swimming activity. You can also update it if you use a different size pool.
In addition to this, please note that you can use any of the 4 most common strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly), but for best results, we recommend swimming freestyle.
Hope this helps.
