Ionic tracking half the time

My Ionic device cant make the messurement Off My puls or sleepscoore. It only messurement half the time

- Is your Ionic not tracking your heart rate during the whole day? 
- Is your watch tracking sleep score?
- Is it tracking all of your steps?

- Is your Ionic not tracking your heart rate during the whole day?

Its tracking, but in the last week, it give me a very high score. When I am
90 bpm at My Garmin i am 138 at fitbit an it jums arround

- Is your watch tracking sleep score?

Not realy. I get result from 2-4 hours, se pictures


- Is it tracking all of your steps?

I think so
