Ionic tracking steps not taken

My Ionic us telling me I've taken 46,000 steps and awarded me the snow boot. Quite an accomplishment for being awake for 2 hours, of which the most steps taken were to get out of bed to use the bathroom then return to bed. I rebooted the watch but the steps remain. Does anyone know if I can correct this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such step count inconvenience and how many times since then? Is this occurring only with steps or with other stats as well? To remove the steps from your account, please check: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
