Had at least 40% battery left, then it inexplicably turned itself off. Can’t restart or factory reset. Won’t charge. What the hell is going on it’s on 15 months old !!

This is happening quite frequently with this watch. Fitbit has taken the stance that these are disposable watches only expected to last a year. I would contact support, you might get lucky and get a replacement but do not count on it. If you do get one don't expect it to last a year.
