Hi , my Fitbit Ionic is crashing and switching off during exercise, the last three long runs I have been on it has cut out at various stages , and the battery still has life left as I charge fully as I am usually running for three hours , extremely frustrating. Please help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting all the exercises or just an specific activity? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.
