I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue?
I placed my Ionic on the charger overnight... woke-up to it being on the Fitbit Icon Image... and it will do anything... I tried to restart it, then tried to factory restart...nothing.
Chatted with Fitbit and they had me do the same exact things I had already tried. They are sending me a new one... however my issue is that is it even worth it? This is the 2nd Fitbit I had that has had issues.
I saw somewhere they are only focusing on the Versa? Why? Why would the Ionic and Versa have the same updates and work the same since they around the same prices? And why are there so many more issues with the Ionic? Use the same operating system.
Or if this is a knew issue with the Ionic... stop replacing it with another Ionic. Replace it with the Versa.
Pretty frustrated!
