hi,
my ionic suddenly had a vertical line and the display was sometimes a bit glitchy. I restarted the device and the line was still there.
today, after the alarm fired I dismissed it and the screen went totally black and the device is dead I guess.
trying to restart it but not working

Seems odd that your device is not responding after you dismissed an alarm. I'd like to suggest you to try the steps from our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and then restart your device even though you already tried this procedure..

I m currently being contacted by support (email communication) and was given some steps to try yet the device didn't work. now i m waiting their feedback as how to proceed.
also i have followed what you shared with me and no luck either.
the device is not responsive at all and I have no idea what happened all of the sudden.
