My Ionic has been almost constantly vibrating for nearly 48 hours, then reverting to the Screen Wake screen, even when being used for exercise.
it’s highly annoying and I keep thinking I’ve got a message or call and think it’s draining the battery! I’ve tried turning off/on, changing clock face and fiddling with the notifications? Any further ideas or am I stuck with another faulty fitbit?! Thanks!

Hello @SunsetRunner welcome aboard! I'm glad to give you a hand with your Ionic.
Thanks for troubleshooting this matter prior posting. Since you already tried our restart procedure, if you haven't already done so, I suggest you our factory reset procedure following the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if you need anything else, I'll be here.

Hi
The same issues have come back, yesterday the fitbit kept reverting to ‘screen wake’ and vibrating, getting progressively worse and I was unable to record my run properly or view at the time. I then reset the fitbit and it has got again progressively worse today which is very irritating. I’ve always had issues with the Home Screen and now I can barely view the steps etc.
Any further ideas as it seems I have another faulty fitbit? Thanks

I fell asleep with my fitbit on last night and was woken in the early hours with its constant vibrating.
