Ionic vibration while paused

When I pause in the bike mode, such as while eating lunch, the Ionic annoyingly vibrates every few seconds.  I can't figure out how to prevent that other than turning off the pause mode entirely.  I finally had to end the activity, but of course means the activity record is not complete or is broken in two.

It's great to have you here @KeithSanDiego! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. This happens because your Ionic is letting you know that the activity is paused and once you start moving, it will vibrate indicating you that it restarted again.(This feature is called auto-pause) You can turn off this feature by performing these steps.
