Ionic volume control not working with EarPods

Hi, I've read through related topics and followed some of the suggested solutions, but nothing working as yet. I have a audeeo bluetooth EarPods . They connect easily, but I'm unable to use them as the volume is too loud and can't be adjusted. The headphones volume controls work one other devices.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this volume issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Ionic and then check the information that's specified on: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and let me know if the issue persists.
