Hi guys

I have tried many things on the this from to unlock my Ionic. So before I started searching for help I was locked out with “ unlock with your phone” I then accidentally deleted my Ionic off my account. Now I have no way of unlocking the darn thing. I have tried hard resets, logging out of the app, deleting the app off the phone and reinstalled it, and logging into my account to the FitBit website to see if there was a way to unlock but found nothing. Please any help to fit it would be great.
