I bought a Fitbit Ionic watch on 12/9/19 from your website Fitbit.com, it ran out of battery so I recharged it and got surprised that the clock is no longer appearing on the watch so i clicked the 3 bottoms at the same time and my Watch got stuck and not restarting anymore
