My Ionic went completely black. What doI do??

This happened to me. I call tech support. They walked me through re booting it but that didn’t work. They sent me another. Since I had owned it less than a year.

My ionic also went black last night. Last time when it turned black I cleaned the backside of the ionic and the charger part ( the little pins where it connect with the charger and the charger)with some alcohol on an earstick (very gently), after that, it worked again. This time that is not sufficient, so I will check with support as well. Perhaps the info helps.
