My ionic is almost 1 year old and will not charge. It has done this twice before. The first time it came back to life when I held down the buttons. The second time this did not work, but it worked when I cleaned the pins on the back. This time, I have tried both methods and nothing. It is showing signs of life. When I press one of the buttons it tells me it is at 0%, it has been doing this since Friday though, so I am pretty stumped as to what to do.

Best AnswerI have tried everything on the list in regard to charging, but it is still on 0%. Without being able to charge it, I cannot download any updates.
