I have followed all the suggestions on various threads including the factory reset and cleaning contacts carefully on both the charging cable and Ionic. It has been connected to charge for 4 hours now and previously 3 hours via USB? This is really disappointing as this was already an upgraded replacement with extra money spent for 2 x faulty charge 4's
