Ionic will not charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My ionic is almost 1 year old and will not charge. It has done this twice before. The first time it came back to life when I held down the buttons. The second time this did not work, but it worked when I cleaned the pins on the back. This time, I have tried both methods and nothing. It is showing signs of life. When I press one of the buttons it tells me it is at 0%, it has been doing this since Friday though, so I am pretty stumped as to what to do.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting steps at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps!

I have tried everything on the list in regard to charging, but it is still on 0%. Without being able to charge it, I cannot download any updates.
