Ionic will not power on

Device would not sync so I went through all of the troubleshooting processes.  Now the ionic device has powered off and will not power back up.  Battery was at 100% and connected to charger when it turned itself off.  Any advice on how to get it working again?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

The device will not power up therefore cannot restart.
