I bought the ionic specifically so I could use GPS and record my runs to strava with no hassle!
That was working fine up until last Tuesday 26th February when it suddenly stopped syncing to strava.
I have done everything advised and still I have to upload my runs via a tcx file on my computer ☹️.

Same here!!!!! Worked on Sun 24th. Hasn't worked since. Also have had to revert to export/import. Argh! Tried fitbit support on Twitter, all they told me was to disconnect and re-connect. Tried that 3 times so far. Still not working.... gggrrrrrrr.

Sorry to heat you are having issues with this too. It’s so frustrating as this is the main thing I use the ionic for 😡.
I have tried disconnecting my accounts and revoking access but I think the issue is when I go through the strava app on my Fitbit and sign in I get a message saying not authorised? Fitbit have told me to contact strava and strava are telling me it is Fitbit I need to contact!! I have only had my ionic a couple of months and now Fitbit aren’t responding to my emails.
