This is the 2nd time I have to trouble shoot my ionic in less than a month. This is very discouraging, I done all I can and won't synk my workouts. In the IP adress keeps saying Wi-Fi off, I don't know if this is normal? My watch is less then 2 months old and I keep having issues. Very frustrated, i don't think i should have to do this every other week. 😞

Hello @Vast00 wifi is only turned on when the Ionic is charging, and wifi is not used for syncing.
I'm assuming the ionic is still connected to your Fitbit account, and would like to ask what type of phone are you having problems with?

@Vast00 I'm not sure what question the no is in reference to, the only question I asked was what type of phone you have. Without knowing the phone model I'm not sure how are if I can help.
You say your workouts are being recorded, but then say they are not recorded.
Are you setting your past workouts on the ionic, but not on the dashboard? Have you checked both the app and the web?
Are your daily steps showing in the app?

Your saying your ionic has not sunced in 4 days. Does that mean your daily activity also does not show up in the app?
You might only be setting live data on the dashboard.

I had an issue last night where it took several attempts to get everything in the iOS app to reflect what was on my ionic. My ionic synced this morning, but since then I have logged several activities, none of which are showing up in the app or on the website dashboard. I have tried using WiFi and cellular.

Sorted. Restarted iOS device; no help. Restarted Fitbit, working fine.
