Yesterday I was charging my Ionic and while it was charging, it pulled up the logo and wouldn't do anything else. I then restarted it twice and it would come on, but no longer was tracking steps, heart rate, or GPS. Since then, I have factory reset it, removed it from my Fitbit account and re-paired it to the account. I have uninstalled the Fitbit App and reinstalled it. So far nothing has fixed the tracking issues. It now mostly just functions like a watch. It won't get my notifications either.
I'm wondering if it's something internal. It won't even wake up the screen anymore when I lift my hand to look at the time. I've only had it since October. Any suggestions or any way I can get help?

Hi @lconn13, nice to see you in the community.
I will start off with the screen waking. Have you tried the following steps to confirm that the screen wake setting is Infact turned on. Press and hold the back button and swipe to the quick settings screen > Screen Wake, confirm it is set to Auto.
As for you tracking issues, I would be more inclined to think it is a software issue rather than hardware. I would first suggest restarting your Ionic a few times (at least 3) to see if that fixes it. If not I think the only thing left to try would be a full factory reset (instructions can be found here).
