Ionic will not turn on

I got my ionic in the mail yesterday and it will not turn on. I have charged it over night and tried the reset with the left and bottom right buttons. What do I do

It sounds like you have not set it up. You wont seeing anything until you do.

I have tried to set it up multiple times. It stays black when i plug it in amd will not show up on the app
