Ionic will not turn on

My battery was low and it turned its self off. So I put it on charger all night but it didn’t charge and it will not turn back on. I’ve tried rebooting my phone to see if that helped but the watch will not turn back on.

I came across an user mentioning that can turn it on by long-pressing all 3 buttons. I tried it and it was successful. May this helps you too

Having the same issue today. Watch is fully charged and just wont turn on. Looks like its dead - unfortunately none of the sugesstions regarding pressing buttons have worked. Very frustrating .

Mine also - it died after the latest update which was 12/08/19 for me.

After the last update my ionic will not charge or turn on it’s totally dead it’s not even a year old I received it for Christmas last year. I have tried everything.. I’m really upset about this because I love my watch.. What The hell happened during the last update to kill my watch

Well I text the support team and she said to test it after cleaning the back with alcohol and then reset it by holding down the left and right bottom button for a few seconds. I did that several times and then it finally came back on. Try this it might help. Good luck!

I even bought another one this week thinking my old one couldn't be recovered and it doesn't work either.
