Any Android users had any luck with their ionic working? I purchased mine in January and have been working with the Fitbit support team since then with absolutely no luck. They keep promising me there will be a fix but still nothing. They've actually managed to make it worse now since I have a popup at least once a day telling me I have to restart my phone. Anyone know who I can contact other than the Fitbit support line to actually have this issue resolved once and for all? Social media?
