Ionic won't charge - My experience with Customer Support

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Fitbit IONIC went dead without symptom. Suddenly unable to charge. Raised a case to fitbit-support and they told me the watch is over a year (less than 2) hence no longer under warranty. This is a junk now and you have to get another new watch.

Utterly disappointed with such unreliable product and after sales service. No repair option. Do becareful if you are considering buying a fitbit!
