My ionic will not charge. There is a constant showing of the Fitbit icon. I have tried cleaning contacts , tried charging in different outlets and also tried to reset it and turn on and off. Nothing!! Still only showing Icon. This watch is just over a year old. Very frustrating....

@Donnagir67 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic showing Fitbit icon on its display. Thanks for trying all of those steps in order to sort this out.
I'd recommend trying changing your clock face to another one as a last option. This has helped some users in the past. If this doesn't do the trick; let me know and I will help you get in touch with customer support.

@SantiR Thank you for responding. I finally got my Fitbit to turn on last night although it would not show clockface. It told me I had to choose another one. Then when I went to do so it wouldn’t let me. Kept saying it was looking for my device. Tried reloading the device on my phone. Finally, somehow, the old clock face appeared but all my apps are gone even my music. It will not let me load anything. Says it’s trying to sync apps. I just went to try it again and now my watch is completely dead. I know it has about 94% battery left, or so it said. I can’t figure this thing out. It’s obvious it’s on its last leg which is very disappointing. I love this watch, especially with the music as I run. I hate carrying my phone now.... frustrated!!!

@SantiR I've seen the clock face mentioned multiple times. Can you point us to clock faces that may be problematic?

it worked fine till all of this fiasco. It loaded a different clock on it’s own (Moment by Fitbit) but nothing is working now. I’ve been trying to reset and recharge my watch all afternoon and still nothing!!!!!
