Ionic won't charge or start up

Hi. I bought my ionic for les than a year ago and now after that i haven't used it for 3 weeks it wont charge or start up. Been trying to restart it and waited and tryed it again many times. What can i do?

I'm having the same issue,  not charged for about a week

I have tried all the tips in the forums,  cleaned the charging points, holding buttons, plugging into different ports and nothing

Same problem here. When I try to charge my Ionic it shows 0% charged and will not take a charge. I started out this morning with a 49% charge and went for a two hour bike ride. When I got home the battery was dead. Mine is also about a year old. Go figure while I am typing this my Ionic that has been hooked to the charger for about 1 1/2 hours turned itself on and is now charging and showing 5%. Strange. Hope this doesn't happen again.
