I got up to find my Fitbit died overnight. I went to plug it in when I got up and when I plugged the charger in nothing happened. It didn't vibrate that it was charging and ththe screen didn't turn on. I left it there for 20 minutes thinking maybe it would now and nothing. I tried moving it to a different USB port. I've cleaned the charging ports. I've held down all the buttons for over a minute and still nothing. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated, this is my 2nd ionic to have issues. 😩

Hi @A5HL3Y21, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting step before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Ionic are still flashing? Or is your device completely unresponsive?
Looking forward to your reply.
Best AnswerHave this problem all the time. I have found that the connection on the tracker gets clogged with grime, and prevents the cable engaging properly. I am continually digging the grime out with a knife blade in order to get it to charge. This connector is a classic case of 'just because you can make something, doesn't mean it is a good idea'.
