i got my Ionic in September and while initially delighted I soon became concerned given the device needed to be recharged every day. Over the last week 100% charge was just about lasting a day.
nowmy device is totally dead and I can’t get it to recharge.
i have tried all the troubleshooting advice.
After 5 months I should not be experiencing these problems!!!!
Please help

You're welcome @csmcg19, your reply is also appreciated.
I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Ionic despite trying the troubleshooting steps from my previous post.
That being said, I recommend you to try the below steps to factory reset your device and let me know if the issue persists:
Keep in mind that the factory reset procedure erases stored data, including the stats that were not synced to your Fitbit account. Also, applications installed, music downloaded, alarms, etc.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
