My Fitbit ionic went to 0%. Tried charging it as soon as I could, but when I connect it to the charger the screen doesn't come on. And I can't do a factory reset if it doesn't have any power for a reset...

I think that it's best if you follow up directly with our team since your Fitbit Ionic is not responding. I've requested to our support team to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support at the email you used to register with the Community Forums.
