So I hadn't worn my ionic since September. I then went to charge it in November and my app says I'm fully charged. However the screen is blank. I've tried to do the pressing and holding buttons but to no avail. I've had zero useful help from fitbit. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi @Judehall,
Have you cleaned the contacts on both the charger and the Ionic? This will help the Ionic get a strong and secure connection to the charger.
