Ionic won’t charge

I have had my ionic on charge for 24hrs and it won’t come on. Not sure what is going on. Wore it and it was critically low whilst at work. On getting home, battery was flat out and won’t charge since yesterday. What do I do?

I appreciate that you left your watch in the charger but it's not turning on, please try the troubleshooting posted in this article.
