I let my battery died while waiting for a new watch band.
Now it won't charge. I have tried to hold down all three buttons to turn it on but it won't turn on
It has been on the charger for 48 hours so far and still nothing.
I had cleaned the connections with alcohol before I tried to charge it letting it dry before placing on the charger.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi @Kebentz,
Is there a way that you could get your hands on another Ionic charger? I suspect that there's a problem with the charger and not the Ionic or the outlet (though the outlet would be my next guess if you change chargers and have the same result). If you can't, I would suggest contacting Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and asking for a Battery Test.
